Vera Lynn Tribute

Miss Helena brings the music of Vera Lynn to life with a selection of her most rememberable songs, such as “We’ll Meet Again” and “The White Cliffs of Dover“. In fabulous costumes inspired by the 1940s, she tells the story of hope, resilience and freedom.

With a modern interpretation of the nostalgic classics of the iconic singer, who was embraced by many during World War II, it’s her mission to introduce this musical legacy to a new generation.

On April 4th, 2025, Miss Helena released her EP, ‘Bluebirds‘, in honor of the 80th anniversary of liberation. The record features both Vera Lynn covers and original songs.

A timeless tribute

Miss Helena continues to perform at memorial ceremonies and liberation festivals with her timeless Vera Lynn tribute. Accompanied by piano, guitar, and saxophone, she has brought this beautiful act to various stages, including the opening of the liberation exhibition at Museum Delfzijl and the closing ceremony of 80 Years of Freedom in Groningen.
